Local Award Winning Fashion Designer Anna Bartoletti donating custom masks

Local award winning fashion designer Anna Bartoletti donating custom masks to those in need around the community.

When it comes to the Las Vegas community, many have pulled together to do their part in giving back during the recent pandemic that has hit our city.

We have teamed up with local award winning fashion designer Anna Bartoletti and her mission to donate masks to those in need.  Bartoletti has been sewing custom masks for the last week to donate to hospitals, nursing homes, veterinary clinics, and families in need, but supplies are running out fast.

Bartoletti needs the following items to continue with her mission to give back and we have teamed up to help!

Items Needed:
100% cotton or cotton blend tightly woven fabric, pellon interfacing, Bias fabric tape, grosgrain ribbon, cotton ribbon or elastic.  Unused vacuum cleaner bags make a good filter as well.

Cotton holds up better to washing at a high temperature needed for sanitizing the masks.
Also These masks do not replace the N95 medical grade masks, but with supplies running low, these masks can be used over the N95 mask to prolong its use as they are normally used only once.

These masks are also good for health care workers or anyone who needs protection, while saving the N95 masks for our front line health care workers in direct contact with people with Covid-19.
